Working alongside Paid Search media specialists, you’ll design, develop, and execute strategic Paid Search campaigns that drive business growth, collaborate with top-tier partners like Google and Microsoft, and optimize performance using advanced tools like SA360 and Google Analytics. Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search Strategic Planning: Assist the media team in developing long-term execution plans that align with business objectives. Assist in implementing these plans and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Paid Search Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data and extract meaningful insights to identify actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Paid Search Financial Management: Assist the media team in forecasting, budgeting, and pacing for Paid Search campaigns. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize campaign performance within budget constraints.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business concepts and objectives to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of all Paid Search reporting deliverables.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Amica’s media team and search partners (Google & Microsoft).
  • Thought Leadership: Assist the media team in driving best practices in managing platform execution and produce POVs.
  • Testing: Identify testing opportunities, develop test plans, and create roadmaps. Report on testing outcomes and learnings and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of contact on the Marketing Data Science team for day-to-day issues and challenges.
  • Upcoming industry changes: Stay current with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates. Work collaboratively with the media team to develop insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations to adapt to changes and drive innovation in Paid Search.
  • Assist department management in various assigned duties and projects as needed.
  • Participating in professional development programs as identified by management.
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant Paid Search experience designing, developing, and executing campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices.
  • Strong understanding of search bidding algorithms (tCPA, tROAS, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media, search in social environments, Generative AI, programmatic, and other online advertising channels.
  • Expert-level experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bid management tools like SA360, and web analytics platforms such as Adobe or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with AI-powered buying solutions such as Google Performance Max and Microsoft Automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in script development and site tag troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Test, Learn, and Scale mindset.

  • Google - Ads Search Certification, Search Ads 360 Certification, Google Analytics Certification
  • Microsoft Ads Certification
  • AI Powered Shopping Ads Certification & Performance Ads Certification
