About The Role

1. The Operations and Visual Manager will oversee and support the execution of key operational and visual processes in the store.
2. This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues and partnering with the General Manager to address process gaps.
3. The manager will champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
4. Responsibilities include managing labor hours for efficient product deliveries and ensuring a safe work environment.
5. The position requires constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
3. The candidate should be agile and capable of handling multiple tasks in a changing environment.
4. A strong alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles is necessary to effectively represent the brand.
