Job Description

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development, revision, version control, and publication of Enterprise IT service management-related documentation. The Technical Writer will be the primary POC on the project Team for:

1. Rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical training content and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
2. Monitoring documentation updates and coordinating with Product/Process Owners for configuration control.
3. Support charter development, documentation, and revision updates.
4. Support all Teams on documentation development and maintenance.
5. Create templates.
6. Document and update processes and procedures - supporting functional leads.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education).
2. 7-12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in support of DoD programs.
3. Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance.
4. ITIL foundations.
