What You'd Do in This Role:
As the Creative Director of Media & Shows, you'll lead the creative vision across all Ramsey Network shows and future productions, ensuring that each Ramsey Personality's content remains authentic to their brand while maintaining a unified voice across the network. This role is at the intersection of creative design, content, and show strategy, shaping both existing brands and the development of new show concepts.

Leading the creative direction for design and content across the Ramsey Network, ensuring brand consistency and authenticity across all shows. Shaping the identity of existing shows and influencing the strategy for new ones, while producing high-quality content that resonates with audiences. Collaborating with show writers, creative leads, show producers, directors, video teams, and leadership to align creative strategies with Ramsey's mission. Overseeing a team of creative and content professionals, guiding them in delivering impactful storytelling, visual design, and audience-focused content, while developing creative solutions to meet business objectives.

- You have the proven ability to align creative strategies with business objectives, delivering on tight deadlines while leading cross-functional teams.
- You have strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on team success over individual recognition.
- You have experience developing cohesive brand narratives across platforms, including YouTube and Netflix, with a preference for reality-style content.
- You have experience being a high-capacity leader who thrives in a fast-paced, "run-and-gun" environment.
- You have passion for storytelling and crafting content that resonates with diverse audiences while staying ahead of industry trends.
- You have a sharp eye for creative excellence, a passion for branding and detail, with a focus on connecting audience needs to business goals.
- You submit a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful relatable projects.
