Direct Mail Graphic Designer
for a reputable finance/insurance type company. This is a 6 month contract, which needs to be hybrid in the Lincoln, Rhode Island area.
Responsibilities: Ability to design compliant, engaging direct mail pieces that resonate with prospects and align with brand guidelines. Understanding the various design elements typically used on a Direct Mail letter (print and digital) Experience crafting data-driven, customer-centric designs that drive response rates. Understanding of testing and how to use design variations to improve campaign performance. Ability to translate complex insurance offerings into clear, compelling visual communications.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in direct mail design, preferably in insurance or financial services. Portfolio showcasing successful direct mail campaigns in the insurance or financial space. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for direct mail integration. Knowledge of direct response metrics and how design choices affect conversion rates (e.g., CTA placement, QR codes, personalized URLs). Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
