Social Media Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a social media manager with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity with education client. This position is hybrid 2 days Brooklyn. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategy, production, and scheduling of social media editorial content.
  • Write all social media copy and manage content publication across all platforms.
  • Work with teams across the company to plan and create social media content, provide guidance on best practices, and address the department's needs.
  • Analyze social media report metrics, provide context, and use those insights to shape content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Sprout Social, Social Media Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Successful track record of social media content creation and campaign development.
  • Ability to build and sustain key relationships with stakeholders across the company and external social media users.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and an ability to set priorities and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to pivot and balance shifting priorities, providing support to the team as it comes up.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working in social media and digital content production.

Employment Type: Open ended contract

Compensation: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
