The CMO will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue, expand market share, and strengthen brand awareness. This on-site role involves daily collaboration with the executive team, requiring a hands-on leader who can manage multiple marketing channels and ensure effective, data-driven results. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the overall marketing strategy across roofing and solar offerings, aligning with the company’s short-term and long-term growth objectives. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement. Demand Generation: Develop and optimize lead generation programs (online, offline, partnerships) that drive qualified leads and support sales targets. Team Management: Build and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and accountability. Data-Driven Insights: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze marketing data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader company priorities. Budget Oversight: Plan and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven success in a senior marketing role, ideally within the construction, energy, or related industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to create data-driven marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness. Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
