Job Description
We are seeking a Sales/Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and create new social media platforms for Aria through posts, blogging, and various promotional content.
- Field all sales calls and email inquiries.
- Tour property with clients.
- Book and contract events.
- Work with various client budgets while maximizing profits.
- Conduct all planning appointments, including menu revision, floor plan design, construction of itinerary, and scheduling future appointments.
- Design promotional brochures and literature for events hosted by Aria.
- Design promotional brochures and literature to obtain new clientele for weddings, special occasions, corporate meetings, and galas.
Qualifications:
- Strong Sales/Marketing skills.
- Previous experience in event planning or other related fields.
- Strong project management skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well individually and in teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Three years of experience preferred but not required in event planning and sales.
- Three years of experience preferred but not required in customer service.
- Proficient in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
