Job Description

We are seeking a Sales/Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and create new social media platforms for Aria through posts, blogging, and various promotional content.
  • Field all sales calls and email inquiries.
  • Tour property with clients.
  • Book and contract events.
  • Work with various client budgets while maximizing profits.
  • Conduct all planning appointments, including menu revision, floor plan design, construction of itinerary, and scheduling future appointments.
  • Design promotional brochures and literature for events hosted by Aria.
  • Design promotional brochures and literature to obtain new clientele for weddings, special occasions, corporate meetings, and galas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales/Marketing skills.
  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well individually and in teams.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Three years of experience preferred but not required in event planning and sales.
  • Three years of experience preferred but not required in customer service.
  • Proficient in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
