Job Description Accountable for leading digital marketing and technology across all touchpoints. This position will be responsible for spearheading the marketing program’s digital transformation in a manner that is focused on growing revenue across all business and service lines via new acquisitions while promoting quality, velocity, and productivity through data.
Specifically, the leader will be responsible for achieving business goals for a variety of service lines. S/he will own the digital marketing and technology vision and team, implementing best-in-class technology and standards as well as creative and innovative plans for content marketing, digital media, SEO, and SEM. As a part of the digital transformation and upgrade, this leader will ultimately drive and influence the digital marketing agenda and serve as a subject matter expert and consultant across the organization.
This leader will also drive the marketing technology relationship and architecture for the Marketing Communications Team. As such, the candidate must be comfortable working directly with technology professionals and concepts and relating to business teams and needs. This architecture includes data layers, analytics, CRM platforms, Marketing Automation Platforms, Data Management Platforms, Email Platforms, Trigger based platforms, Next Best Action Engines, Testing and Optimization.
The successful candidate must be a visionary and creative thought leader who enjoys leading teams and working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment. S/he will demonstrate high integrity, intelligence, and proven domain expertise. In addition to possessing analytic and strategic skills, s/he will have the proven ability to influence, motivate, and manage others in a highly complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute current state assessment and establish a 3-5 year roadmap for Digital Marketing: Content, Data, Delivery & Technology. Establish a 2023-24 focused enterprise-wide business case to enable marketing automation by conducting requirements gathering and related ROI sessions across all key stakeholders. Spearhead the marketing program’s digital transformation focused on growing revenue and promoting quality, velocity, and productivity through data-driven insights. Direct program delivery for multiyear digital marketing and data analytics initiatives spanning all lines of business. Accountable for the strategy and operations of digital marketing data and technology ecosystem that supports inbound experience and outbound campaigns. Drive improved revenue results through digital sales funnel optimization tactics including personalization. Integrate first, second, and third-party data sets for audience targeting and personalization. Lead concurrent work streams for content management, test and learn, tag management, service management, data analytics architecture, DMP, MAP, NBA, and journey analytics POC. Responsible for talent planning and development across digital marketing and technology team. Supervise the enterprise strategy for paid search, SEO, and landing pages. Accountable for ROI analysis and measurement practices, leading measurement initiatives across channels including test and target, multi-variant testing, and attribution analysis. Ensure digital marketing strategy encompasses all channels. Drive Digital and Data Innovation with the goal of delivering best-in-class personalized customer journeys and experiences. Deliver a best-in-class Digital and Direct Marketing Capability to support our broader brand building and performance marketing initiatives. Education Bachelor's Degree - Minimum Master's Degree - Preferred Work Experience 15+ years minimum Relevant work experience
