UX Designer

to join our team and play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-friendly experiences for our platform. This role requires strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems to enhance the usability and engagement of our SaaS solutions. The

UX Designer

will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences across ProScore’s platform. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet user needs while aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about human-centered design and has a strong portfolio showcasing data-driven UX improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Testing:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into customer pain points and behaviors. Analyze user feedback, data, and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize workflows. Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to improve the overall user experience. UX & Interaction Design:

Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces that align with ProScore’s brand identity and product goals. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and interactions. Design System & Consistency:

Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all products. Develop UI components, style guides, and interaction patterns that enhance usability. Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Present and communicate design solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical teams. Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centric design principles. Qualifications & ExperienceExperience:

5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and research. Experience designing for complex workflows, dashboards, or data-driven applications. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Skills:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility (WCAG guidelines). Ability to translate business requirements into engaging and functional user experiences. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Certifications (Preferred):

Google UX Design Certificate, NN/g UX Certification, or similar credentials are a plus. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field. About ProScore Technologies
