Within a highly collaborative studio, you will work directly with the firm’s leadership, the Director of Marketing and Communications, and project teams to share the firm’s work externally. As a key member of the team, the role offers an integrated mix of pursuit marketing, public relations, and communications. Responsibilities Include: Production of qualifications and proposals; interview and conference presentations; award submissions; brochures and other marketing collateral. Support of the business development process. Support in planning of firm and project related events, exhibitions, and publications. Firm website oversight and social media support. Is proactive, organized, resourceful, and self-motivated. Has a personal interest or background in architecture and design. Thrives in a collaborative, engaging and fast-paced environment. Embraces and adapts newest marketing trends within the A/E/C Industry. Gives attention to detail. Prerequisites: 2+ years experience in marketing within an architecture or design firm. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Suite required. Experience with Premier, Illustrator, and Open Asset preferred. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Toronto, Jerusalem, Singapore and Shanghai to support ongoing projects, Safdie Architects is constantly engaged in the design of a diverse range of projects in terms of building type, scale and geographic location. Current work in design and construction includes an expansion of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore; several master planning and mixed-use developments in the USA and Canada; several large scale master plans in Saudi Arabia; an embassy in Africa and a heritage center in the American Midwest.
