Purpose: We are seeking experienced Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing Director to spearhead our efforts in acquiring, activating, retaining and expanding users through our product experience. You will be a key driver in shaping our PLG strategy for new AI Products, building a scalable user journey that delights customers on a global scale, drives sustainable growth and will use a Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework. Responsibilities:

Define and implement a data-driven PLG strategy that encompasses user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion across all our target markets. Lead with a growth hacking mindset and user empathy. Experimentation and rapid iteration are key to finding what drives product adoption and user engagement. Educate and evangelize the PLG approach across the organization, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and customer-centricity in all markets. Use the JTBD customer feedback process as part of your iterative discovery process which feeds into Product Development on a continuous basis. User Acquisition and Engagement Lead product valued based growth initiatives across all marketing channels to attract users to the product and experience it first hand. Experiment, measure and rapidly iterate to find out what drives product adoption and user engagement and acquisition. Design and optimize user onboarding flows, in-app messaging, and other product experiences to maximize user activation and engagement across different regions and cultures. Highlight the importance of smooth and engaging first time user experiences. Brand Management Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Lead a rebranding for the company and new product showing value. Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback, continuously iterate. Team Leadership and Management Build, manage, and develop a high-performing PLG global marketing team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members. Set performance expectations and goals for the team. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Analytics and Measurement Conduct tests, analyze data & adjust. Use performance market and attribution model techniques. Continuously test and iterate on different PLG initiatives across various markets, leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and identify region-specific opportunities for improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success. Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Must have 10 years plus performance marketing experience in B2B, hyper growth, product Led, SaaS companies. Scaling ARR from 20m in a product/market fit environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful global product led marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (Hubspot and Salesloft etc). Experience in guiding a marketing operations team to measure results. Experience in leading a marketing team but must like to roll up the sleeves. Have had experience of a SaaS product launch (PLG) and company rebranding. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have a growth hacking mindset. The Perks:
