Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s / University degree required 5+ years of experience working on creative Marketing campaigns with an emphasis on the development of direct-mail marketing communications. Must have Direct Mail experience, not just Digital & Email Marketing. Experience with credit cards, retail banking, or related financial services. Highly organized with strong proofreading skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to problem-solve. Accustomed to prioritizing managing multiple projects, campaigns, or tasks simultaneously. Thrive when working under pressure and with the key ability to meet deadlines. Exhibit proactive capabilities, forward-thinking to address issues before they arise. Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee projects related to marketing, communications, and platform changes. Manage the creation of both regular product communications and new product launches. Work with various channel partners including direct mail, email, and digital channels, with a primary focus on direct mail and email. Engage with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns. Ensure ongoing collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop business requirements that accurately reflect specific Upgrades and Trades campaign strategies and the development of compelling marketing creatives. Provide input on customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities for new Upgrades products. Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engage in the development of campaign schedules for new card products as well as business as usual auditing. Maintain extreme focus on details and overall nuances while managing multiple campaigns and/or project work streams simultaneously. Quickly adapt to change, having the ability to easily course-correct due to changes in business strategy; apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Audit key steps of campaign processes to ensure flawless execution. Potential involvement with microsites where customers can enroll in upgrades.
