SET THE COURSE The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives tailored to Tommy Bahama Restaurants and Marlin Bars. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, event marketing, and loyalty program management, specifically with experience in platforms like Thanx within the hospitality or lifestyle sector. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Tommy Bahama Restaurants and Marlin Bars’ goals and objectives. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, culinary, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and activations to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Oversee content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and other marketing channels, reflecting the Tommy Bahama brand ethos. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities specific to the hospitality sector. Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports on ROI and KPIs. Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation. Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs using the Thanx platform to drive repeat business and enhance customer retention within Tommy Bahama Restaurants and Marlin Bars. Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance through Thanx, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, social media channels, and loyalty program management, including Thanx. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on hospitality experiences. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems. Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and loyalty platforms like Thanx. Strong network within the restaurant, bar, and hospitality industries. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
