Tuesday, February 25, 2025 Role Summary This role reports to a Division General Manager and partners with the Account Executive to carry out day-to-day sales/marketing efforts to enhance business in the Chicago Market. The focus is to acquire new business & retain existing clients. In the position, the Marketing Representative must develop an understanding of InterPark’s parking products, our Remote Monitoring Center, our parking apps, and 3rd party online sales. Responsibilities

Support and coordinate marketing initiatives that drive the business. Proactively analyze aggregators and marketing/sales metrics to provide insights into digital marketing, sales and content performance. Create data-driven marketing forecasts, with monthly targets by location and track performance of locations and monthly goal attainment. Partner with Operations, IT, and Digital Marketing Teams to utilize social media channels for marketing opportunities, and respond to social media feedback as needed. Generate marketing leads and assist the DGM or Market Officer with new business development (presentations). Develop a working relationship with key contacts inside and outside of the company, facilitating smooth coordination of the sales and marketing process. Maintain account files including correspondence, contracts and revisions associated with the order. Resolve problems with billing/invoices and inventory issues under the direction of the sales team. Assist operations team with digital data, surveys, and customer feedback. Prepare Marketing/Sales Packages. Manage/Redesign/Create Marketing Campaigns. Prepare and distribute flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts. Serve as liaison with other internal departments to update or develop new content as needed. Conduct corporate and personal research to stay on top of trends and media. Qualifications/RequirementsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or a high school diploma/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience). Outgoing, organized, efficient, forward-thinking, a resourceful problem solver, creative, ambitious, detail-oriented, and proactive. A flexible team player with a positive can-do attitude and a strong interest in sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and utilizing Web-based systems. Basic project management, editing, and writing skills required. Eligibility Requirements:

MUST be able to travel from one facility to another in a timely manner. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and MVR/Driving Record check (based on role) as part of the selection process. Must be willing to work in a garage/office in the Chicago, IL area. Must be able to travel between locations to assist customers in a timely manner; in some cases, must be able to travel up and down parking garage ramps in order to assist customers and address garage issues. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business. Internship in related fields and/or prior office experience. At least 1 year of experience working in the parking, real estate, leasing, retail, hospitality, transportation/logistics, property management or manufacturing industry. Demonstrated professionalism and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills; solution-oriented. Strong safety knowledge and awareness and good judgment. Strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated communication and collaborative skills in working effectively with related departments, senior management, and customers.
