Our client, a home textiles manufacturer, is seeking a Junior Designer to join their Bath team in NYC!

Designing bath products including bath towels, bath rugs, bath mats, and beach towels Create presentations for internal and external meetings by working closely with the sales and buying teams Work with Bath Designer to develop all artwork needs (concepts, layouts, repeats, colorings, coordinates, etc.) Communicate with vendors to accomplish product designs Create design specs and standards for production Maintain an accurate design file system of ongoing projects Update the Product Manager with current status of design projects Reviewing and approving samples to make shipping deadlines Stay up to date on current design trends Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design/Textile Design or relevant field of study 1-3+ years of home design experience Experience with weaving, general knowledge of how fabrics and materials are woven and dyed Strong computer skills (proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office programs to include Excel) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational and analytical skills Please submit your resume for consideration.
