Role Description This is a full-time on-site Marketing Coordinator / Office Assistant role located in San Diego, CA at Sandy Vans. This individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing leadership calendars, marketing & event support, maintaining customer communication, and overall chaos management of the company. Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance, Marketing Support, and Office Administrative skills Experience in preparing and managing sales / marketing reports Experience working with brand activations, trade shows, events Experience in customer service Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficient in office software and tools (Hubspot, Shopify, Gmail) Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Starting pay : $20/hr + benefits.
