Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications equipment, including routers, switches, and cabling systems. Ensure the data center operates efficiently through proper configuration and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues to maintain optimal performance. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability. Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and optimize efficiency Basic splicing or desire to learn basic splicing. Working at heights, either climbing or bucket truck usage. Running wire, pulling cable, and handling Fiber for Fiber to the Home. Required Skills & Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably within OSP Experience with splicing, pulling cable, OSP construction, and running wire, bucket truck skills, climbing.
