Bachelor’s degree in commercial art, advertising design, or a related field. Experience:
7-10 years of experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer either in a corporate in-house creative or agency setting. Leadership & Mentorship Skills:
Proven experience managing and developing creative teams. Creative & Technical Expertise:
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design abilities across print, digital, and video. Strong knowledge of digital design, web UX/UI, social media, and email best practices. Preferred experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Express, etc. Proficiency in Industry Tools:
Advanced skills in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, Firefly, Acrobat), PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Office. Experience in Luxury Branding:
A strong understanding of high-end aesthetics and storytelling. Ability to conceptualize with the writing team. Photo & Video Direction:
Knowledge of photo and video art direction, including storyboarding and production. Ability to Juggle Multiple Projects:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality creative solutions. YOU WILL: Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team:
Manage and mentor a team of six creative professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Deliver Innovative Creative Solutions:
Act as a full-time creative while guiding cross-functional teams to develop compelling, high-quality work that meets business goals. Provide Strategic Creative Direction:
Ensure creative solutions align with brand strategy, leveraging insights, trends, and best practices in luxury branding, digital design, and video storytelling. Drive Design & Production Excellence:
Oversee design execution across print, digital, photography, video, and motion, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into visually compelling creative solutions. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
Keep up with the latest design technologies, AI tools, and digital best practices to drive continuous innovation. Typical/expected % of overnight travel:
