Part Time Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for staying ahead of trends, and the ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation. Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and ads, including newsletters, promotional emails, and customer segmentation. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize content and improve SEO rankings. Design and oversee PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized content for digital platforms. Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and technology. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Background in the staffing industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital marketing. Preferred Skills: Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs. Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday / 4 hours a day Compensation:
