The Lead Marketing Associate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing associates located in Cleveland. The Lead Marketing Associate will manage workflow, review collateral, support the hiring and training of new teammates, and ensure processes are being followed in a timely manner. They will have advanced graphic design skills and commercial real estate knowledge. They will partner and collaborate directly with our marketing associates, sales agents, and sales ops to support the client’s marketing plan and ensure their vision is executed. This individual will be able to execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and accommodate the demands of institutional clients. This role will partner with the Marketing Managers to support overall processes and improve efficiencies across the department.

Spearhead the process of creating proposals and offering memorandums and prioritize the work for pre-production and digital marketing specialists. Manage day-to-day operations of the team including leading stand-ups, reviewing collateral, and providing feedback to associates. Hands-on collaboration with internal marketing teams and agents from the beginning of the marketing process to post-close activities. Review material for quality control, grammar, syntax, and ensure material remains on-brand while meeting the design qualifications of the client. Manage multiple projects at any given time while maintaining critical deadlines. Work with agents/sales ops to execute and maintain the digital marketing strategy for assigned listings. Collaborate with Marketing Managers to improve internal marketing processes. Requirements

1+ years of commercial real estate experience. Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate marketing and transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients. Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience in HubSpot.
