In this leadership role, you will be responsible for providing the Regional Directors of Operations and Executive Directors sales and marketing expertise to support their occupancy growth initiatives. This position provides hands-on sales expertise for the appointed communities and partners with RDO’s on setting the strategies established for the communities in the area, highlighting focus areas and managing the strategy of the area. Job Description

Use CRM systems to extract analytics and provide strategic direction using the metrics. Partner with the training team in effective onboarding of new sales hires. Actively monitor skill and knowledge growth of new hires during the onboarding period. Foster a strong sales performance culture across the assigned communities. Successfully manage and be accountable for sales performance within the assigned communities. In the absence of a Director of Sales, assume the community sales role while supporting the assigned area. Utilize data and analytics from the Senior Lifestyle reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of lead generation, lead development, and conversion metrics. Develop, manage, and participate in strategic plans to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy goals. Provide analysis of metric data and adjust existing occupancy growth plans as necessary to meet expectations. Adjust communication style to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and operations partnerships. Travel to the field to interact with community associates, extract data from those interactions, and partner to provide examples of best practices as well as build occupancy execution plans. Collaborate closely with the Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing or Sr. VPSM to assist in building plans and strategies that enhance media plans, lead generation, event planning, and conversion targets. Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc. Qualifications

Level of Formal Education:

Associates Degree preferred

A solid track record of sales experience and success in the long-term care industry and the ability to build professional relationships. Previous Regional Director of Sales and Marketing experience required. Technical Competencies:

Computer proficiency required. Skills and Ability: Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills. Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to facilitate small group presentations. Information Systems:
