This position will cover the spectrum of our ad operations including campaign set-up, delivery, optimization, troubleshooting of campaigns, reporting, and end-of-campaign analysis.

Responsibilities
Rapidly assess, forecast, propose, and execute campaigns that deliver e-commerce sales and qualified leads for our clients.
Own the day-to-day hands-on campaign management for core growth channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Affiliates, Google, Direct Mail, and more.

Own conversion tracking for the channels above and ensure all metrics are measurable, accurate, and available for a variety of analyses. Own growth reporting and responsibility for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, etc. Constantly build and test hypotheses and campaign variables to optimize ad spend and drive efficiency. Work with our internal design team and client teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including copywriting. Help create landing pages that drive conversions: ideation, structure, design elements, copy, optimization, and more. Research trends and report competitive market activities; keep pace with social media platform changes, trends, and cutting-edge tactics; apply learnings quickly to campaigns. Education & Experience Required 8+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing paid social campaigns, preferably in the DTC environment. 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience directly managing budgets of at least $10K/month. Experience running ads via their native platforms (vs. managing an agency). Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to clients such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc. Experience in copywriting, especially for Paid Social assets. Deep understanding of campaign management and optimization practices. Experience running clean A/B creative and audience tests. Software Experience Required Meta/FB Business Manager and associated tools (Ad Manager, Partner Manager, Events, Automated Rules, Data Sources, Campaign Planner, etc.). LinkedIn Marketing Campaign Manager. Pinterest Ads Manager. Knowledge of G Suite, especially Sheets and Slides. Knowledge of basic CMS platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, HubSpot, Webflow, WordPress, etc. Skills And Abilities Required A self-starter who is proactive and dedicated to getting results. No task is too big or too small – you instinctively do whatever it takes to help our clients achieve their goals. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You have an eye for design and can work with very high-end, exclusive companies while adhering to strict brand guidelines. Ability to generate, articulate, and present creative ideas and strategies.
