Part-Time Marketing Consultant

to lead digital marketing efforts and build a strong community of fashion and beauty sellers on our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of social commerce by attracting fashion and beauty brands, creators, and live shopping hosts through strategic digital marketing, social media engagement, and community-building initiatives. The right candidate

must

be based in

New York City or Los Angeles,

with a strong preference for NYC. We need someone who is: A digital marketing expert with a passion for fashion and beauty

Skilled at creating social media content and engaging online communities

Excited about working with brands and influencers

A proactive go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

to attract and onboard fashion & beauty sellers.

Manage Palmstreet’s presence on social media

(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) – creating content, engaging with brands, and growing our community.

Identify and recruit fashion & beauty brands and live shopping hosts

through influencer marketing, email outreach, and online networking.

Plan and manage in-app community-based campaigns

to keep sellers engaged and active.

Collaborate with influencers and content creators

to increase platform visibility.

Create compelling email marketing and social media content

that resonates with potential sellers.

Monitor social media trends

to refine Palmstreet’s marketing approach for fashion and beauty.

Opportunity to participate in trade shows

– connect with vendors, promote Palmstreet, and gain insights into industry trends.

Qualifications: Location : 90% Remote; must be based in NYC or LA to meet the team and the customers in-person

Proven experience in

digital marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing .

Strong understanding of

Instagram, TikTok, and social commerce trends .

Canva expertise is a must —you should be comfortable creating engaging visuals.

Experience in

email marketing is a plus , with bonus points for familiarity with

HubSpot, Shopify, and Mailchimp .

A solid grasp of the

beauty and fashion industries

is required.

Experience in

PR or brand partnerships

is a plus.

Confident in

hosting live sessions or engaging in livestream content .

Highly

self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently .

Passionate about

community-driven brands and the power of social commerce .

Open to

attending trade shows and networking events

as needed.

Able to

meet on-site with the Head of Fashion and Beauty

once or twice a month based on your location.
