Required Education:

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy.
  • 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD design software.
  • 3+ years’ experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience with AutoCAD design software required.
  • 1+ years of experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally with in-house personnel, field management, and various outside vendor representatives.
  • Any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Designer Overview:

• The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the management of all pharmacy layout design metrics under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout.

• Layout metrics are validated and maintained across all retail pharmacy locations to ensure they can support the workflow in each location based on script volume and customer interactions.

Job Duties:

  • The person in this role will be responsible for validating existing layout metrics across our fleet of 9K+ retail pharmacies.
  • Validations will include accessing and analyzing CAD drawings and reviewing in-store cameras to ensure all metrics are correct and updated as necessary.
