Role Description
The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for proactively securing brand partnerships for our talented roster of influencers. This role is focused on building and nurturing relationships with brands, understanding their marketing needs, and effectively pitching our influencers for relevant campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Outreach: Identify and connect with potential brand partners through email, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand contacts, marketing agencies, and PR firms.
  3. Influencer Pitching: Craft compelling pitches that showcase our influencers' unique value and align with brand objectives.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and campaign terms that benefit both the influencer and the brand.
  5. Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with influencers and brands to ensure successful campaign execution.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field.
  2. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
  6. Understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  8. Previous experience in the digital marketing or entertainment industry is a plus.
