The Rondo Community Library is looking for an Assistant Library Manager to oversee adult reference services, manage library programming, and support daily operations. This position offers a dynamic mix of leadership, customer service, and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Support Library Services: Oversee adult reference services, including book collections, circulation, and assisting patrons in locating materials.
2. Manage a Team and Library Programming: Supervise staff, coordinate schedules, develop engaging programs.
3. Provide Direct Patron Support: Assist with reference and referral services, collection development, ensuring access to library resources.
4. Ensure Smooth Library Operations: Oversee service delivery, address immediate facility concerns with maintenance staff, and ensure a welcoming library environment.
5. Engage with the Community: Build relationships, develop partnerships, and create programs that support the educational, recreational, and cultural needs of the Rondo neighborhood.
