This role is an exciting opportunity to support the Marketing activity for 111SKIN in the USA with a focus on aiding our brand and retail marketing programs to fuel accelerated growth.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for brand, product and trade marketing responsibilities. You’ll be tasked with coordinating product and trade marketing activities including SKU set-up, asset management, .com audits, deck creation and event programming on all key USA retail accounts (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury, Saks, and more). They will assist on go-to-market 360 programming across brand omni-channel with key retailers and help to drive experiential opportunities with our current and new brand partnerships and events on the ground in USA (i.e., NYFW shows, brand partnerships with different segments, and retailer pop-ups). The role works collaboratively with adjacent functional teams responsible for performance marketing, Sales in the form of key account leads and field account executive, Creative, and Press/ Influencer teams. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Global team to coordinate creative delivery and alignment with retailer brand advertising guidelines prior to new product launches. Coordinate the logistics of new launches, including managing: asset production and delivery, quality assurance of assets from Global team, agency, and partners, and ensuring the brand is following creative best practices. Stay knowledgeable and up to date on industry trends, new product launches, and industry events/pop ups. This includes bi-weekly competitive reports and in-person monthly visits to the field. Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution of strategic marketing opportunities in-store & online branding programs, in partnership with Sales, PR/Influencer, Social and Creative and Visual Merchandising. Coordinate the planning and own all execution of brand events/collaborations, and in-store activations. Manage logistics for event set up and takedown and ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials for successful event execution (these may include launch events, NYFW, industry events/pop-ups, etc.). Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, calendar management, managing saved files in the shared drive, renaming assets and campaign contracts, maintaining and updating contact lists, preparing key marketing meetings and decks, shipping product at local FedEx. Assist in set-up and maintenance of seasonal allocation sheets to ensure on time delivery of marketing elements to counters, including samples, collateral, GWPs, visual merchandising units, counter tools and spa supplies. Owner of Retailer.com PDP asset and copy distribution for all new launches and routine updates across all accounts for any seasonal updates through collaboration with the retailer buying offices for item setup. Monitor and apply best practices to PDP assets and copy consistently. Ensure .com best practices are followed within retailer.com sites, and prepare to present findings and recommendations for marketing, sales and retailer contacts. Monthly audits presented and managed with retailers to ensure all updates are made on-time. Drive creative briefs for co-op exposures, localized event or program-specific development, branded visual merchandising materials, and collateral for all US retailer accounts. Manage the timeline throughout process to ensure that marketing elements meet brand guidelines, resonate with the target audience, delivered on time and in budget. Assist in performance tracking of the retailers’ promotional activities to maximize program effectiveness, ensuring brand visibility across consumer touch points, and synergistic brand placements with integrated teams. Routine shipping, tracking for any necessary shipments both domestically and internationally. Support product storage unit maintenance by checking inventory and ordering new products as needed. Must be OK with keeping 111SKIN products at home for shipping/messengering needs. Assist in gathering and synthesizing consumer insights and data analysis to help inform marketing strategies. Provide support to the broader marketing and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments to meet business objectives and marketing goals. Be an exceptional collaborator and communicator, driven by solutions. Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external partners to ensure defined deliverables are met. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or similar. Ideal candidate will have marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury environment. Related experience in sales, merchandising, events or digital a plus. Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who executes with a strong sense of urgency and has ability to manage various deadlines with speed and accuracy. Willingness to be hands on with routine store visits, manual shipping and organizing, and in-person event preparation and/or participation. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills. Extremely organized with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage complex changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passionate knowledge of current beauty marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace, and retail innovation. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint skills.
