As Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and implementing a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy. From overseeing the production of key publications like the Township’s Annual Impact Report to maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms and print media, you’ll ensure every detail is polished and professional. You’ll also manage content creation, collaborate with program staff on videos and promotional materials, coordinate media relations, and maintain the Township’s online presence. With the support of the Content Coordinator and external consultants, you’ll drive community engagement while keeping residents informed and inspired. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (preferably in local government or social services). You’ll need strong writing, editing, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
