Marketing Director for North America , you’ll play a vital role in our global marketing team, taking ownership of strategies and campaigns that build brand awareness and drive growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a strong focus on launching and optimizing targeted campaigns to engage high-value prospects. Working cross-functionally across time zones, you’ll collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure seamless alignment and impactful results. As part of our global team, you’ll help expand Zitcha’s North American presence while enhancing our brand globally. Key Responsibilities Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM strategies to engage high-value North American prospects with personalized outreach across channels. You’ll identify the right tools, craft tailored messaging, and strategically target key decision-makers. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital ads, and social media, to drive lead generation and nurture prospects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion. Content Development: Create compelling content for North American audiences, such as landing pages, emails, blog posts, and case studies, that aligns with Zitcha’s brand voice and resonates with local prospects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Zitcha’s global marketing counterparts and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated strategies. You’ll work flexibly across time zones to align efforts and share insights, contributing to a unified global approach. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Use HubSpot and other analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. You’ll develop reporting frameworks, set up dashboards, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI. Marketing Tech & Operations Management: Support the setup and management of Zitcha’s marketing technology stack, from configuring campaigns to identifying new tools that enhance execution and reporting. Qualifications Marketing Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing roles. Hands-On Campaign Execution: Proven track record in designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels. ABM & Demand Gen Expertise: Deep understanding of ABM and demand generation, with the ability to engage high-value accounts through targeted, multi-channel outreach. Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance. Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to develop targeted, engaging content that speaks to sophisticated B2B audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across teams and time zones, with a collaborative approach to align with Sales, Product, and global marketing teams. Proactive & Adaptable: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable taking ownership while collaborating within a team. Bonus Points Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and similar tools. Experience in the retail media or B2B SaaS space. Background in managing external agencies or creative resources.
