In this role, you will provide Partner and Field Marketing services to the Southeast Sales Region of our client. This role is responsible for B2B planning, organizing, executing, and measuring regional field events, activities, and programs that generate pipeline with new prospects, existing accounts, and advance existing opportunities for the client's sales team along with their partners. The right candidate is a team player with excellent cross-functional execution skills, a working understanding of and practical experience executing successful regional activities, and a superb relationship-builder with Sales, BDRs, and Partners. You must have an outstanding track record of measurable results in generating pipeline and business while leveraging a diverse strategy of marketing tactics and channels. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker residing in the U.S. Southeast Region, Eastern Time Zone. What You Will Do:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key reseller partners, understanding their business goals and market dynamics to develop tailored marketing strategies. Identify high-potential resellers and actively recruit them into the channel network. Develop a strategic and effective regional plan to generate opportunities and build pipeline; manage end-to-end planning, production, and execution of in-territory events, programs, and activities. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute regional marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts. These include executive conferences and roundtables, roadshows, industry events, summits, networking events, in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, digital, etc., as part of a larger integrated marketing campaign. Define regional field marketing strategies and processes, qualify new events and conferences, vendor management, budget management, onsite strategy, pre-and post-event campaigns, and measure pipeline generation and ROI. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and key go-to-market ecosystem alliance partners to strengthen value propositions, create broader market awareness, and generate new opportunities. Manage quarterly regional field marketing budget. Track, analyze, and report on regional field marketing business contribution and its impact to learn, improve and justify future investment. Track lead-to-opportunity and pipeline flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels follow up with attendees and campaign responders promptly. Manage Partner MDF program, review activity requests, track budget and approve spending and ROI to optimize campaign performance and ensure responsible fund utilization. What You Will Bring:
5+ years of Field and Channel Marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company supporting B2B. Ability to effectively build and communicate regional marketing plans and create buy-in with sales teams and channels. End to end event management and marketing within the region. Proven track record of success in channel marketing, particularly within a reseller network, with demonstrable experience managing MDF budgets effectively. High attention to detail and adept at project management. Outcome driven, analytical, and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs. Must show initiative and have excellent organizational skills and time management efficiency. Ability to produce results within budget and quickly pivot as needs change. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business, and communicate your results to the organization. Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Capable of learning Marketo, Workfront, Monday.com, 6sense, and Folloze. Must be able and willing to travel within territory as needed to events, conferences, and business-related meetings (approx 20-30%). BA or BS Our Benefits:
