This entry-level role will focus on assisting with content creation, platform updates, and communication initiatives that align with the organization's messaging and branding strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for writing and communications. They should be eager to learn, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with teams to support internal and external communications. Assist in creating and scheduling content across channels including social media and web Support the development of internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and basic intranet updates. Help coordinate content updates for websites and digital platforms, working closely with the team. Assist in gathering and formatting multimedia content, such as images, graphics, and basic video clips, for communication purposes. Provide general administrative support to the communications team, including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination. Monitor media coverage and assist in compiling daily or weekly media reports to track brand mentions and industry news. Assist in drafting press materials, including press releases, media advisories, and briefing documents. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : 1-2 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related field (internships or coursework may be considered). Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn SharePoint. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Experience with basic graphic design or video editing tools is a plus but not required. Certificates and Licenses: None required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field. Attention to detail in draft, publishing and scheduling content. Familiarity with social media management tools, content management systems and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of AP Style or similar editorial standards. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate this position will pay between $15.14 - $24.22 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
