This is a hybrid position - 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote - and is based in our Alpharetta, GA HQ location. This position will report to the Global Vice President of Field Marketing and Events.

Field Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns to support the growth of our B2B SaaS offerings. Sales Alignment : Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives directly support pipeline and revenue goals, providing actionable insights and tools to enhance their success. Regional Campaigns : Customize and implement regional marketing programs to align with local market needs and sales goals. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting key accounts, leveraging personalized content and tactics to drive engagement. Budget Management : Manage field marketing budgets effectively to ensure high ROI on campaigns and initiatives. Performance Analytics : Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as lead generation, pipeline influence, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry influencers to amplify marketing efforts. Content Collaboration : Work closely with the content and product marketing teams to develop localized assets, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and email campaigns. Event Management : Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, webinars, workshops, and conferences, to engage target audiences and generate qualified leads. What You Will Bring to the Team:
Experience : 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related roles, preferably in B2B and SaaS environments. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycles, and technology markets. Strategic Thinking : Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and programs. Project Management : Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas persuasively. Tech Proficiency : Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau). Creativity : Innovative mindset to create engaging campaigns and solutions that resonate with target audiences. Data-Driven : Analytical approach to measuring campaign success and making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
