Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Restorative Industries, Hybrid | Remote (75% remote) (Part-time)

Compensation:

$60-$80/hour About Us: Restorative Industries is a growing company with a passion for innovation in wood care and restoration. As we expand, we’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts. This role focuses on creating highly optimized funnels, email campaigns, digital ads, and ad strategies rooted in consumer psychology and designed for measurable results. Responsibilities: Landing Page Creation:

Design and build conversion-optimized landing pages in WordPress using UX/UI best practices. Incorporate consumer psychology to maximize user engagement and drive action.

Funnel Development:

Create and manage sales funnels, including landing pages, email sequences, and tracking systems. Set up continuing funnel steps to capture leads, track conversions, and guide prospects through the customer journey.

Email Campaign Management:

Use Klaviyo and Hubspot to build email sequences, manage segmentation, and execute campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions. Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and analytics.

Webinar and Podcast Funnels:

Plan and coordinate webinar and podcast funnels, including registration pages, follow-up sequences, and promotional strategies.

Ad Campaigns:

Create and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, ensuring alignment with funnel strategies. Design ads and landing pages that reflect the same consumer-driven focus on conversion.

Analytics and Optimization:

Set up detailed tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters) to monitor performance. Regularly analyze data, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Platform Integration:

Integrate tools like Klaviyo, WordPress, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Current Tools and Trends:

Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and consumer behavior trends to recommend and implement new strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Proficiency in project management and organizational skills. Effective collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Expertise in Meta and Google advertising platforms. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing assets. Experience with project management tools like ClickUp for workflow and deadline management. Knowledge of SEO and emerging marketing technologies, including AI. Website development and maintenance experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.). Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategies and tools (Zapier, LeadPages, ClickFunnels). Proficiency in SMS messaging platforms and marketing automation tools. Experience with social messaging and email marketing automation (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo). Expertise in CRM integrations, particularly HubSpot. Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices. Certifications or equivalent experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot (Inbound Marketing or Marketing Software). Familiarity with web development frameworks and languages. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
