The Opportunity
Safety Rail Company is the leader in providing top-tier safety solutions that protect lives. As we expand our marketing efforts, we're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help manage and execute key initiatives.
This person will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales teams through effective content creation, tradeshow management, and project coordination. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Tradeshow & Event Management Assist in planning and coordinating industry trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials. Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Track and manage tradeshow budgets, schedules, and post-event follow-ups. Content & Digital Marketing
Assist in the creation and scheduling of organic content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, brand-aligned content. Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights for optimization. Project Coordination & Organization
Manage marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain and organize marketing assets, collateral, and project documentation. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate campaign execution. Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales team to support marketing efforts, including lead generation initiatives and promotional campaigns. Assist in the development of sales enablement materials. Marketing Administration
Support budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing activities. Assist with reporting and analytics to track campaign success. Handle other administrative duties as needed. Are you qualified?
1-3 years of marketing experience in a similar role. Adobe experience a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects. Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation. Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms (a plus!). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Conduct oneself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner. A positive, team-oriented attitude. Candidate must be able to regularly and reliably commute to Spring Park, MN for work.
