115K - 175K About the Role: Seeking Digital Marketing Strategist to drive innovation and elevate the digital guest experience.
Key Responsibilities: Technology & Vendor Integration: Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology vendors specializing in digital entertainment, gamification, and interactive customer experiences. Lead the end-to-end implementation of web, mobile apps, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. Partner with IT and Marketing teams to ensure entertainment solutions align with branding and business goals. Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional projects to implement entertainment-driven guest engagement strategies. Work closely with external vendors, internal leadership, and franchise teams to deliver engaging entertainment experiences. Present digital strategy recommendations and ROI projections to senior leadership. Customer Data & Digital Marketing Alignment: Utilize customer data insights to enhance engagement through entertainment activations. Ensure digital entertainment initiatives tie back to marketing goals, guest retention, and increased in-store visits. Explore gamification strategies that drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or entertainment technology implementation. Expertise in digital marketing technology stacks, mobile apps, and API integrations. Proven experience managing external vendors and evaluating technology partnerships. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Ability to analyze customer behavior and data insights to shape digital experiences. Experience within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry is a plus but not required.
