Collaborate remotely with a team of product designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to create user-centric copy, including navigation, empty and error states, onboarding, and other UX elements in the end-to-end digital experience Contribute to building and maintaining a content style guide and best practices for consistency across all digital touch points Participate in user research and leverage data-driven insights, including analytics and users' feedback, to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement Collaborate remotely with legal and business strategy teams to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for content Partner with the broader content team to integrate UX writing into overall content design goals Adapt efficiently to changing project timelines and/or requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to content Develop and document content and information architecture, ensuring smooth user flows
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant writing experience for digital audiences, experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive UX writing samples Understanding of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines (WCAG) and writing accessible content Experience with a content style guide preferred, contributing to its creation is a plus Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Microsoft 365, Jira and other design tools Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is desired
