Integrated Marketing Manager
who will be responsible for leading integrated marketing programs across the CMO and the client's Business Group (the Business Unit).
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 - HYBRID Position: Integrated Marketing Manager Pay: $55/hr. on W2 Duration: 12 months or longer
What you'll be doing... The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading integrated marketing programs across the CMO and the client's Business Group (the Business Unit). The role will lead the design of marketing strategies, process and channel plans relative to the client's Business brand-level, cross-segment campaigns, including industry award amplification. The role owns internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, kickoff briefings, regular status meetings and ensures flawless execution.
The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the planning, management, execution and reporting on multi-channel campaigns that elevate the client's Business brand and drive demand for VBG's products and solutions. You will have the authority and independence to ensure that requirements, communication opportunities and risks of the various objectives are identified, managed and completed in a timely fashion, in order to achieve on time completion of the program and its phases.
Responsibilities will include: • Collaborate with product and segment marketing leads to define campaign objectives, establish integrated marketing campaign strategies, and define KPIs • Partner with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go to market, PR, AR, events, legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize kickoff briefing materials • Author and own strategic briefs, status documents and end-to-end campaign presentations, targeting multiple audiences - from working team to executive level overviews • Ensure all projects are aligned with the established strategy and keep team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work on deadline, by facilitating weekly core team calls • Manage timelines and have your finger on the pulse of all program details, so you are the one person who knows the status of any deliverable at a given point in time • Deep understanding of emerging business trends, technologies, business intelligence and competitive threats to share back with the business and ensure strategy is aligned
What we're looking for... You'll need to have: • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience • Six or more years of relevant Marketing experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training • Strong project management skills • Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Must be a team player, and able to effectively communicate with large and varied teams • Experience creating and presenting executive level communications • Experience using Google suite (Google Slides, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
Even better if you have: • Agency or consultant experience preferred B2B Marketing experience • Project management background Industry award submission and amplification process experience • Digital and lead generation experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers • Experience using Workfront Project Management System
