Summary:
The Senior Designer will be responsible for bringing initiatives and concepts to life across multiple marketing platforms for the Specialty/Non-Bowling Brands within the Lucky Strike Entertainment portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess design expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
Graphic Design Develop inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral. Carry out graphic design tasks from ideation to production. Work with other Creative Team members to implement programs. Develop and work with both internal and external content providers. Travel to events, photoshoots and companywide offsite locations as needed. Other duties may be assigned. Management & Team Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards. Work closely with leadership to align design initiatives with overall business goals and brand strategy. Organization & Tracking
Organize digital assets, design files, and templates using a clear and efficient file-naming and storage system. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and brand assets for internal and external use. Qualifications
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with branding, digital marketing, and multi-platform design, including web, social media, and print. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Reliable, resourceful, and a team player. Ability to creative input and direction. Prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects. Ability to work with outside marketing partners (e.g., agencies, media buyers, print production vendors, etc.). Ability to travel 15% Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000-90,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
