As a Studio Manager, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with care. You’ll celebrate milestones with our members, from their 20th class to their 65th birthday, and drive the team to surpass sales goals. You’ll be the person who fixes issues promptly and makes every member feel at home.

Studio Manager Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and executing initial and ongoing studio marketing and outreach events (pre-sales events, studio events, social media, etc.)
2. Managing overall studio operations
3. Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
4. Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates
5. Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
6. Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
7. Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
8. Showing passion for health and wellness in the community
9. Leading by example as a team player

Are you Qualified?

1. Minimum 2 years of management experience
2. Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field
3. Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
4. Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred)
5. Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
8. Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva, etc. (preferred)
