Manage, expand, and maintain clean and accurate databases of LPs, VCs, founders, corporations, and government contacts. Assist in managing the company’s marketing stack across multiple platforms. Support email marketing initiatives and external communications. Assist in the distribution of the company’s monthly newsletter. Create, refine, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop website content, refining style and layout. Assist in curating and maintaining content calendars to ensure timely material delivery. Utilize CRM platforms to analyze audience insights and tailor content accordingly. Support or lead event promotions in the absence of the Marketing Manager. Accept and implement feedback from colleagues and clients to improve marketing initiatives. Marketing Assistant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. Venture Capital and/or Private Equity Experience required. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Affinity) and experience with digital marketing tools. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and precision in all written materials. Experience or knowledge of event marketing is a plus. Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Marketing Assistant Benefits
