ABOUT THIS ROLE

Orchestra is seeking a Digital Content Manager to play a crucial role in managing Orchestraco.com and other digital channels, developing a range of internal- and external-facing content and supporting Orchestra's companies with ad hoccontent marketing requests. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, collaborative and able to thrive at a fast-paced, growing company.

Role location:

This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

As a Digital Content Manager, you will... Oversee the Orchestra website build-out in collaboration with web developers, the creative team, and key stakeholders with strategic oversight from the Vice President of Marketing Communications Create and implement SEO strategy in website copy, landing pages and a content tagging system Manage and update content in the CMS. Track KPIs in Google Analytics and share insights regularly while Optimizing content to boost search rankings and organic traffic Write and publish engaging, audience-targeted content across platforms and formats (i.e., ad copy, email newsletters, blog posts) that aligns with the Orchestra brand Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and creative team to develop visually-appealing graphics, videos and multimedia assets Deploy an email newsletter to Orchestra clients, prospects, partners and other subscribers; report on performance and recommend enhancements Partner with the Marketing Manager on managing the internal and external content calendar and the content development process Essential skills:

5+ years of experience in digital content or related field Excellent content creation and copywriting skills Knowledge of Google Analytics for performance tracking Experience with social media platforms in particularly LinkedIn Understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with managing content in CMS Preferred:

Experience with CRM (Hubspot), creating visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite and Webflow and WordPress WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Compensation philosophy:

Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range

(commensurate with experience and skills): $95,000-$115,000
