Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Buena Park, CA (Full-Time, Onsite)
Job Type: Temp to Hire, M-F 8:30AM- 5:15PM
Hourly Rate: $37.00 - $40.00/hr. (D.O.E.)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing department for a full-time, onsite position in Buena Park, CA. This role will involve developing visually compelling graphics for various marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, experience in graphic design, and a solid understanding of social media platforms and email marketing.

Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Design graphics and content for specialized email marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and new product launches.
  • Develop and execute tradeshow promotional campaigns, ensuring visuals are engaging and effective.
  • Plan, develop, and implement creative social media strategies for both brands.
  • Regularly create original social media content, including graphics, GIFs, short-form videos, and flat lays, in addition to working with existing product photography.
  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyze performance data to identify trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Design graphics for promotional giveaways, collateral, and employee/reps gifts.
  • Procure, manage, and distribute installation photos.
  • Create and update product price lists and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain presentations and training materials for internal and external purposes.
  • Assist with project management for animation production and other creative projects.
  • Provide graphic design support for internal and external presentation requirements.
  • Develop new templates for creative campaigns and other marketing assets.
  • Conduct research to evaluate future marketing opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support on various projects and assist in delivering marketing information to internal teams.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar graphic design or marketing role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
    • Hands-on experience managing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Working knowledge of MailChimp and Google Analytics is preferred
