We are on the lookout for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator to join our team in NY, New York. As a Marketing/Communications Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the creation of proposals and maintenance of our marketing database. This job offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in crafting proposals with strong writing and editing skills.
• Maintain and manage the marketing database efficiently.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint for creating and presenting proposals.
• Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Illustrator for various marketing projects.
• Use CRM and Constant Contact to manage customer relationships and email marketing respectively.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Participate in budget processes related to marketing and campaign planning.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Constant Contact and CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling advertisements
• Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness
• Understanding of budget processes and financial planning
• Experience in campaign planning and execution
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
