Our stores and online platform provide customers with a comprehensive cigar-shopping experience. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Marketing/Social Media Director. The Marketing/Social Media Director will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, overseeing social media marketing efforts, and optimizing social media presence. Day-to-day tasks will include handling communication and public relations, developing content strategies, and ensuring social media optimization (SMO) strategies are in place, creating influencer relationships, demonstrating positive return and overseeing public relations efforts. The Marketing/Social Media Director will also be in charge of managing our store events in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, creating sales campaigns, promotions, and promotional events. This role is primarily based in Miami, FL. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Good knowledge of Premium Cigars Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently, to be autonomous Engaging team leader, able to collect content or ideas from our employees (in store, customer service, suppliers…) Experience in the retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
