It's a new era of growth for Rendevor Dialysis. We are at the forefront, setting a new standard as the only B2B provider of on-site dialysis, able to support any healthcare institution including correctional, hospital and post-acute facilities. We are a 30-year-old company that, in many ways, resembles a start-up environment.

Rendevor is dedicated to delivering high-quality, on-site dialysis care, and we aim to drive innovation and awareness within the healthcare industry through our digital presence. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on individual, who has demonstrated depth and progressive digital experience in B2B marketing management. Ideally, for a nationwide service provider with multiple business lines. This individual will help execute companywide marketing plans that drive brand identity, foster culture and deliver on Rendevor's commitment to its partners.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the right candidate will be a critical thinker and disciplined doer who can manage organizational communications and orchestrate marketing campaigns across Rendevor's digital assets. This person is expected to quickly grasp a complex business model and marketplace to communicate the value of Rendevor to its clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be proficient with such digital marketing platforms as email, CRM, social media, SEO, CMS and marketing analytics, along with a variety of marketing automation tools. He/She will have exceptional written communication skills to perform day-to-day responsibilities as Rendevor's digital marketing strategist.

What it Takes!

With multiple business lines serving distinct customer segments, we need a Marketing and Communications Manager who can drive cohesive campaigns and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. You'll play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted email, social media, and SEO strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer passionate about multi-channel strategies, user experience, and content marketing in a B2B healthcare setting. If you've only ever done basic email marketing or only handled social media, this role won't be a fit. We need someone who can execute on a much larger scale and juggle multiple touchpoints - and messaging - for varied audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing communications across email, social media, and web. Campaign Management: Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns using advanced segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and multivariate testing to drive engagement and conversions for 3-4 business lines as well as the Rendevor brand. Content Strategy & Development:

Develop Annual Content Strategy & Calendar that anticipates planned initiatives and sustains general brand awareness. Prepare Corresponding Deliverables to facilitate Content Calendar. Assets include: lead generation and nurture emails, case studies, videos, social media, newsletter, partnership announcements, new market and product launches, and blog posts. Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, content and SEO best practices. CRM & Email Marketing: Manage and execute lead generation and nurture email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, leveraging data insights to optimize open rates and conversions. Build and segment CRM lists to drive highly targeted campaigns for the company and respective business lines. Social Media Marketing: Sustain weekly social media presence on LinkedIn and B2C platforms to elevate the brand and breadth of the company writ large. Develop copy and graphic design of professional social media postings. Monitor, analyze, optimize and report results. Website Management & SEO: Oversee day-to-day website management, SEO-friendly content creation for Phase 2 of Rendevor website, updates and new pages, and optimization using WordPress. Ensure the site provides a seamless user experience, is optimized for performance, and ranks well in search engines. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on website, social media and campaign performance, as well as provide actionable insights. Optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights and analyses. Systems Set Up & Oversight: Ability to develop processes, systems and procedures for marketing reports and other activities in a start-up environment setting. Responsible for subscriptions, vendor relations and troubleshooting of digital platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business development goals for each department. Seek out stories from each department to showcase successful partnerships, business acquisition, employee highlights and thought leadership. Manage Key Vendor Relationships and Subscriptions: CRM, website hosting and developer, etc. Key Qualifications :

Experience: 8 years in digital marketing and communications, with experience in CRM, email marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation-preferably in a healthcare or B2B environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, SEO, analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Yoast, Google Analytics). Experience and technical expertise with email campaign management and optimization, website management and optimization, and analytics platforms is essential. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a must. Strong editorial skills as well as visual acuity for layout and design of digital assets required. Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively across functions and with external vendors. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance. Proficient in using analytics platforms to inform decisions and prepare performance reports. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution of campaigns. *Work samples and/ or skills testing will be requirement of interview process to verify key qualifications.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and multimedia content creation. Expertise creating marketing and analytics dashboards to display, track, analyze, and report KPIs and metrics to improve campaign and social media performance. Knowledge of healthcare marketing, particularly in B2B or service-based industries. Understanding of customer journey mapping and advanced audience segmentation. Experience planning, developing, leading, placing and managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more. Can work well independently and ask for help when needed. Supervision:

This position will report directly to VP, Marketing.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners. May be asked to visit dialysis units in hospitals, correctional facilities or post-acute therapy settings.

Physical Demands:

The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
