Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits' products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.

Mini-Circuits' sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.

Position Summary:

As the marketing manager for the RF Power product line, primary responsibility (75%) is to market existing & new products to drive awareness for transactional business, capture sales synergies by RF Power product line and marketing/managing product promotions/marcom plans and all go-to-market plans for products to achieve revenue forecasts. Secondary responsibilities (25%) include creating and managing business and product solution strategies to deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and diversification. Key responsibilities include: defining, aligning, and executing marketing plans for product lines to drive revenue growth; defining, communicating, and overseeing Mini-Circuits' multi-year product and technology roadmaps and product line strategy; developing product line revenue forecasts and driving the sales organization to achieve the same.

Salary Range:

$160,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Function:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for RF energy and RF power modules industrial, scientific and medical applications. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Define product positioning and messaging to differentiate our solutions in the RF power market. Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to define product roadmaps based on market needs. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and research institutions in RF energy applications. Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagements, technical discussions, and business negotiations. Represent Mini-Circuits at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote RF power solutions. Leverage RF engineering knowledge to translate technical capabilities into marketable solutions. Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers on RF power applications. Stay up-to-date on advancements in RF energy applications, including solid-state RF power technology and emerging market trends Work closely with R&D teams to align product development with market needs. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop content, including white papers, presentations, and digital campaigns. Assist in pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and business case development. Qualifications

:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred. 12 years' experience in a multi-disciplined engineering environment.

5+ years' experience in RF Power, RF Energy or related industries.

Strong knowledge of RF technology, power amplifiers, and ISM applications. Experience in marketing, business development, or product management within the RF industry. Experience developing product and technology roadmaps. Ability to identify problems and solutions that others might miss and provide detailed insight and constructive feedback into problems and complex situations. Works effectively and makes progress with limited or partial information. State assumptions and put forth a workable starting point to address the problem. Defines requirements & resources needed to implement new ideals, approaching innovation with a practical, task-oriented mindset, converting ideas into actionable plans. Communicates effectively: able to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the message to fit the interests and needs of the audience. Experience with solid-state RF energy systems, plasma applications, or high-power RF amplifiers. Familiarity with applications such as semiconductor processing, medical RF devices, and industrial heating. Knowledge of markets like particle accelerators and artificial diamond manufacturing. Displays technical expertise, keeps technical skills current, applies specialized knowledge and skills to work tasks, understands and masters technical skills associated with the job, and shares that technical expertise with others. Responsive, self-driven, strong sense of ownership and desire to achieve business objectives.
