Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.
We are looking for a mid-level, Marketing Communications and Graphics Designer to join our team at the Office of Cybersecurity (OCS) Awareness with a large, Federal agency.
Experience working as a graphic designer and marketing professional with cybersecurity knowledge preferably for government contracts and projects. In this position you will be responsible for working closely with cybersecurity subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and create various forms of media to communicate Cybersecurity’s vision.
Position will offer a hybrid commute requiring the flexibility to be in our customer's office in Washington, DC 2 to 3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create graphics in real time by hand and have expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro) and Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Create visualizations that can be shared and develop concepts for design products (e.g., infographics, digital magazines, social media graphics, flyers, event collaterals, and data visualizations).
Manage development schedules for all design elements and products.
Proven ability to create design products and elements across all media (print, digital, social).
Ability to work at a fast pace, under immovable deadlines, while maintaining fine attention to detail.
Frequently be on-site in DC for client interaction and to support client’s events (Pop-up Events).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in a related field with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Cybersecurity communications and outreach
Demonstrated ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non-technical employees and stakeholders.
Ability to grasp complex functional policy concepts and translate into structured text or images that is easy to understand.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability effectively collaborate with technical and senior staff and management (this role requires interaction across the enterprise and regular interface with people at all organization levels).
Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives.
Demonstrative experience with interactive training and/or workshop experience with government policy and/or cybersecurity.
Proficient in the MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Security+ certification
