Position Summary:
The Design Studio Operations role will oversee the daily operations of the design studio, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. This position involves managing studio logistics, coordinating with various teams, including design, facilities, marketing, service and events. The role will be approximately 50% studio operations and 50% show car logistics and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the design studio.
2. Oversee the procurement, maintenance and organization of studio equipment and materials.
3. Implement and monitor studio policies and procedures.
4. Ensure the studio environment is conducive to creativity and productivity.
5. Manage studio budgets and resources effectively.
6. Support the design team with administrative tasks and project management.
7. Oversee concept and show cars movement.
8. Transport assets locally.
9. Perform basic automotive repairs and diagnostics.
10. Coordinate repairs with studio model team or local service centers when assets are away.
11. Travel with and support assets during events.
12. Prepare accessories and wheels for travel.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of experience in design studio operations or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Proficiency in using studio management tools and software.
5. Experience in budgeting and resource management.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
7. Experience in loading/unloading/securing multi-million dollar show vehicles.
8. Able to travel internationally.
9. Good speaker and good coordinator.
10. Experience with studio safety protocols and compliance.
11. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the studio and independently.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
