Creditor Relations Negotiator:

We are looking for talented individuals with an aptitude for negotiations to join our growing team of Creditor Relations Negotiators. This position focuses on conducting heavy-volume communications with other law firms/collections agencies under attorney supervision, regarding clients' debt obligations. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment and has a genuine desire to help people in difficult times.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

· Participate in negotiations with creditors from start to completion, under attorney supervision

· Establish and maintain regular contact with creditors and their agents, such as collection agencies and collection law firms

· Review clients' availability of funds and individual circumstances in preparation for settlement discussions

· Gather and submit required legal documentation for attorney review and client approval

· Achieve and maintain quality and performance standards as set forth by the Firm

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Able to adapt to changes on a rolling basis

· Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive

· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to easily build rapport and maintain positive working relationships

· Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

· Previous negotiations experience necessary
